Description:
Our project partner implemented a series of grants to upgrade tourism offerings and cultural heritage development. Post-implementation evaluation is needed to assess impact, ensure accountability, and inform future grant-making strategies.
The evaluation serves our partners, project stakeholders, and grantees by enabling transparent accountability and evidence-based decision-making for future tourism development initiatives.
The evaluation employs mixed methods, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis through developing rigorous methodology with data collection tools; conducting fieldwork with site visits; and analyzing grant compliance, performance indicators (employment, income, added value), fund utilization, and sustainability while identifying challenges and best practices.
A comprehensive final report delivers quantitative/qualitative performance assessments with graphical presentations, goal alignment analysis, impact measurements, implementation barrier identification, methodological recommendations, and actionable guidance.
Evaluation findings will inform long-term tourism strategies by providing evidence-based insights into effective grant mechanisms, guiding future interventions for sustainable economic growth, enhanced stakeholder coordination, and lasting value beyond individual project cycles.
