Description:

The project aims at strengthening the capacity for the evaluation of public policies and the improvement of the decision-making process in the European Union. The main objective of the project is to establish a sustainable platform that connects researchers, decision-makers and civil society in the field of policy impact analysis and evaluation, in order to provide a better understanding of the results of public interventions. The project focuses on the development of methodologies, the exchange of knowledge and good practices, as well as the improvement of data quality and analytical tools that support the assessment of policy effects. Particular emphasis is placed on strengthening the role of evaluation in evidence-based policymaking, as well as on improving the communication of results to the general public and decision-makers. Through the establishment of a community of practice and cooperation with relevant institutions, the project contributes to greater transparency, efficiency and accountability in the implementation of EU policies. The results of the project are expected to enable better recognition of the impact of policies, improve their design and contribute to the overall development of the evaluation system in the European context.
