On July 5, 2024, the International Workshop for Young Researchers on 'Researching the Business History of East and Southeast Europe' was held at the Institute of Economic Sciences in Belgrade in a hybrid format. The workshop was opened by Dr. Isidora Ljumović, Principal Research Fellow at the Institute of Economic Sciences. Following an introductory lecture by Dr. Vladimir Unkovski-Korica from the University of Glasgow on 'Business History in Yugoslavia: Themes, Sources, and Approaches in an Emerging Field,' participants engaged in four panels exploring economic policy challenges, case studies of various enterprises, financial dynamics in Eastern and Southeastern Europe, and industrial heritage. The workshop was held in collaboration with IOS Regensburg and is part of the Seed Research Grant 'Mapping the Industrial Heritage of Serbia,' supported by SAIGE."
