Professor Mirjana Radovic-Markovic, PhD, became a full member of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and Arts

On 5 April 2014 Professor Mirjana Radovic-Markovic was awarded with a full member certificate of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and Arts at the ceremonial session of the Academy in Sofia. The title of Academician of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and Arts, Professor Radovic-Markovic was elected by ballot in October 2013 by 200 members of the Academy.

Scholar Margarita Kamenova who wrote the report for the election, said that "Professor Radovic-Markovic made a special contribution to the scientific community in Bulgaria by working as a visiting professor with students of master and doctoral studies at the State University of Sofia, as well as at a private YUZUF University.

Also, her books in the field of entrepreneurship are used as the main or additional literature on the above mentioned universities. She is the author of entrepreneurship programs for YUZUF University (master's degree), co-editor of several publications published in Bulgaria with colleagues from the University of St. Kliment Ohridski, a participant and co-organizer of several conferences with colleagues from the mentioned University and adviser to three scientific journals published in Bulgaria. This choice is particularly important to strengthen the international scientific cooperation between Serbia and Bulgaria," concluded the academic Kamenova.
