IES Summer School of Econometrics

Between 02.07.2018-05.07.2018, in newly equipped and renovated premises of the Institute of Economic Sciences, the first IES Summer School of Econometrics in Serbia took place. IES Summer School of Econometrics 2018 gathered participants from all countries of the Region, and provided them with the opportunity to work in STATA, one of the most popular and most frequently used statistical packages.

IES Summer School of Econometrics is the successor of the Summer School of Economics, a unique educational program in the Region in the last 20 years, which brought together eminent lecturers, young researchers and prospective students from all over the world. Jovan Zubović, PhD, director of the Institute of Economic Sciences, welcomed the participants of the IES Summer School of Econometrics, and acquainted them with the history of the Summer School of Economics.
