Fourth WBEN Regional Training in Evaluation held in Belgrade

On 27-28 October 2019, Western Balkan Evaluation Network (WBEN) and Informal Network of Evaluators in Serbia (INES), with a support of local partnering institutions – SeConS Development Group and the Institute of Economic Sciences organised Fourth Regional Training in Evaluation - „Evaluation of Projects, Programmes and Public Policies”.

The training was held with the aim to strengthen capacities of the policy makers, consultants, researchers and representatives of the civil society organisations, on the use of evaluation methods and principles in analysing public policies. Participants had the opportunity to learn and discuss the practices for conducting and commissioning evaluations with a special focus on project and programme evaluation experiences in the Western Balkan region.
