Professor Steven B. Caudill visits IES

Steven B. Caudill, Kaye Distinguished Professor & Chair at Florida Atlantic University, visited IES on 02.08.2018, and delivered a lecture on the application of finite mixture models in economics and finance.

Professor Caudill, whose papers were cited more than 3000 times according to Google Scholar, is one of the best known experts in the field of finite mixture modeling. He published widely in leading academic journals, such as Journal of Business & Economic Statistics, The Review of Economics and Statistics, Journal of Econometrics, Journal of Applied Econometrics and Journal of Banking and Finance.
