Research associates of the Institute of Economic Sciences, Petar Mitić and Vladimir Andrić, led by the director of the Institute of Economic Sciences, Dr Jovan Zubović, attended the traditional Spring Seminar of the Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies (wiiw), held between the 4th and the 6th of April, 2019. On the first day of the seminar, Dr Zubović participated in the panel dealing with the economic issues of the Central and Southeast European Countries (CESEE) ten years after the end of the global financial crisis. On the second day of the seminar, within the Hexalateral meeting of the CESEE institutes, the research associate Petar Mitić gave a lecture under the title Exploring the Link between Economic Growth and Environmental Pollution in Nine SEE Countries, while research associate Vladimir Andrić gave a lecture on the topic The Political Determinants of Fiscal Sustainability in Serbia.
