15th Annual International scientific conference

15th Annual International scientific conference entitled: "Environmental and Energy Economics: Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation, Green Transition, Circular Economy" organized by the Institute of Economic Sciences and HETFA Institute from Hungary within the COST Action 20112 - Platform of policy evaluation community for improved EU policies and better acknowledgment (PROFEEDBACK) was held on October 9 and 10, 2023. The conference gathered a total of 136 participants (onsite and online) from over 30 countries. Dušan Čarkić, Assistant Minister from the Department of international cooperation, projects, and climate change at the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Serbia, and Stephan Schlüter from the University of Applied Sciences in Ulm, Germany. The sessions covered topics ranging from sustainable practices and policies in Europe and beyond, environmental studies, renewable energy sources, education, banking and risk assessment, innovation, and strategies related to the development of the circular economy to sustainable agricultural practices.
