Mind the gender pay gap: Nexus between sociocultural identity, occupational segregation and distributional effects in Serbia - GPGIDENT

In the realization of this project, the Institute of Economic Sciences participates in cooperation with the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade. The project will use a multidisciplinary approach, quantitative and qualitative methodology and data from various researches in order to create new knowledge about the relationship between the gender wage gap, occupational segregation and gender identity issues in Serbia. The GPGIDENT project is one of 16 projects selected for funding, out of an initial 160 project proposals.
