Head of project: Dijana Štrbac, PhD
Ordered by: United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)
Duration: 2023
Description:
The success in the functioning of the public administration is reflected in its ability to provide citizens with transparent, efficient and effective services, as well as to support socio-economic development. To improve the quality of civil servants' services, their training through numerous programmes of the National Academy for Public Administration is crucial. Impact evaluation and quality assessment of existing training programmes in public administration are necessary to align them with user needs, scientific and technological changes and global trends.
The project aims to conduct an external evaluation of the impact and quality assessment of the training programmes for civil servants based on scientific methodology. In addition, the project will contribute to strengthening the Research Centre of the National Academy of Public Administration and improving its cooperation with the academic and civil sectors.
