Project description:

The general goal of the InnoMeter project is to establish a scientific foundation for improving SMEs’ innovation capabilities by developing a digital self-assessment toolkit. This toolkit will enable SMEs to identify their innovation strengths and weaknesses, while also providing policymakers with evidence-based insights into capability gaps across the business sector. The project will focus on manufacturing SMEs due to their strategic importance for the Serbian economy. The novelty of this tool lies in incorporating aspects important for innovation – such as artificial intelligence and corporate social responsibility – which have been largely overlooked in current theoretical models and existing commercial tools for assessing innovation capacity.
