Conference on Effects of Natural and Technological Disasters on Environment and Economy

On 22^nd of April 2019, international scientific conference “Effects of Natural and Technological Disasters on Environment and Economy” is held at the Institute of Economic Sciences, funded by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia and Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

The introductory part was followed by several sessions on which were presented papers on natural disasters, technological accidents, role of digital economy, use of innovative digital technologies, development of "Smart Cities", climate changes, ecological problems etc. The conference was attended by environment protection experts, economists, lawyers, engineers, chemists, meteorologists and researchers from many other areas.
