XII International Scientific Conference

Organized by the Institute of Economic Sciences in Belgrade and the Institute of Economics in Skopje, Northern Macedonia, on October 28 and 29, 2020, XII International Scientific Conference Emerging Trends in Business Economics: Towards Competitiveness, Digitalization and Financial Innovation will be held.

Given the current epidemiological situation, this year's conference will be held in virtual form for the first time, through an online platform. The scientific papers will be presented within three thematic units: Competitiveness and Global Growth, Trends in the Digital Economy and Financial Innovation and Fintech.

Introductory, plenary lecture will be given by our esteemed expert, Professor Miroslav Jovanović, from the Institute for Global Studies, University of Geneva. Professor Ivan Rakonjac, Director of the Innovation Fund of the Republic of Serbia, will open the second day of the conference with a speech. Over 50 papers were submitted for the conference, with more than 100 authors from 10 countries.

Abstracts of papers presented in the conference will be published in the Proceedings of the conference. Authors are invited to submit their papers for publication in domestic scientific journals and international monograph.
