Research Assistant Đina Ivanović participated as a scholar in the module "Collaborative Governance in a Digital Era" organized and financed by the Swedish Institute Academy for Young Professionals (SAYP)

SAYP is a training program developed to build new networks, knowledge and practices to increase transparency, efficiency and resilience in public administration aimed at young professionals of the Western Balkans. The program aims to strengthen individual capabilities of a modern management structure through various modules. As a participant in the SAYP module "Collaborative management in the digital era", Đina Ivanovic expanded her contact network, exchanged ideas, experiences and challenges with other participants.

The module consisted of lectures and visits, online from August 21 to August 25 and on-site from September 11 to September 16, 2023 in Halmstad, Sweden.

After the training, participants received a certificate of successfully completed assignments and lectures
