Main goals of the event

 

The Institute of Economic Sciences announces the fourth "Applied Economics Conference: Labour, Health, Education and Welfare." The conference aims to gather researchers from the region and across the globe who are engaged in various fields of applied economics, fostering the exchange of ideas and the presentation of ongoing research. Participants will also have the opportunity to broaden their professional networks and engage in discussions with the international research and professional community.

Book of abstracts

The authors of the abstracts will have the opportunity to publish their papers in one of the following conference outlets (submissions are conditional on favorable referee reports):

Paper submission and conference fee

 

There is no specific template for submissions. Please include a short abstract of 150–250 words in the paper/extended abstract. If your paper/extended abstract gets accepted, this short abstract can later be used for the conference book of abstracts.

Conference fee: EUR 250 (regular); EUR 200 for PhD students and researchers with limited budgets. The conference fee includes two lunches, coffee breaks and two social events/dinners. The registration deadline is June 26, 2026. After that, a late fee of an additional 50 euros will apply.
