Innovation Pulse – Assessment and Monitoring of the Performance of the Startup and Innovation Ecosystem of the Republic of Serbia

Project Description:

The Innovation Pulse project aims to establish a systematic and reliable mechanism for the regular assessment, monitoring, and improvement of the startup and innovation ecosystem in the Republic of Serbia. Through the development of the composite index Inno Pulse, which integrates key dimensions of innovation activity, the project will:

• Provide a detailed insight into the current state of the innovation ecosystem;
• Identify challenges faced by startups and SMEs in the field of innovation;
• Recognize new opportunities for development.

The project involves the creation of research tools such as surveys and interviews with key stakeholders in the ecosystem. Collected data – both primary and secondary – will serve as the foundation for developing the Inno Pulse index, which will be visually represented to enhance understanding of the results. This project represents a significant step toward strengthening Serbia's innovation capacity and creating better conditions for the growth of startups and innovative enterprises.
