The Transformation Team
Internal IES Transformation Team meetings as well as TT meetings with the National Consultant, are held once a month, or more frequently as needed, to discuss the transformation's progress and upcoming activities. The IES Transformation Team has 11 members. The Transformation Team includes at least one representative from each department.
